I Feel Blessed

Hi everyone, hope all is well with ya'll.

I feel blessed.

I truly do.

Although most of ya'll know my trials in life, living in an old RV that needs work.

Living with a foot problem that I'm getting therapy for.

Being stuck for nearly 3 years where I am now.

I feel blessed.

I love life.

I'm happy to be alive & in this world.

Never take life for granted.

I always appreciate the small things in life. The skies, the trees, the birds, the sounds & smells of nature. It's all around us. Even in the city, you can still see the signs of nature. It's to be appreciated & admired. If one can't do that, they aren't living...

There's a storm a'comin' Pa:

The top photo is the skies to the west, then to the east, then towards the southeast where you can see it raining over the next town. Amazing stuff. We didn't get any of that rain that day. Photos were taken Oct 02, 2012.

That night, an amazing Harvest Moon:

Top photo taken with a different exposure on the camera. I wanted to capture the trees surrounding the fabulous moon. The photo on the bottom, a true color shot of the Harvest Moon. Taken 10-02-12

I treated myself today. Needed new workout shoes for therapy. I got some with spring looking heels, which I think will be good for me. I can slip my orthodics inside of them. Then another pair because I want to keep the workout shoes strictly for that purpose.

And to add more to my fabulous day, I painted my nails! I've not done that in quite some time, but we girls need our girly moments! They are purple :-)  I'll spare you a pic from that though.
We all need to treat ourselves from time to time. Do yourself a favor & go do something that makes you happy or feel special!

~As always, be kind to your pets, clean up after them on your travels & respect your neighbor~

  1. Hey, glad you got some good shoes for therapy. Earlier in the year I bought a decent pair of walking shoes, strictly for that purpose, I love 'em! Life is grand, isn't it! Glad you're in a groovy mood! xxxx

    1. Thanks, I hope that I can also turn these into walking shoes too. I tried to take a walk a few days ago. That didn't go well. I got part way around the block, foot hurt, but I had no choice but to walk back! I'll be more careful next time ;-)
I'm really glad that you are doing better!!!

  7. Great Post
We should all think about what we have be happy for it. To many people just think such negative thoughts all the time. I stay away from them myself.
Love your new foot wear. Need some too. Hope PT is going well.
