I'll be back in a few days.
I'm not quite myself right now.
Had 2 sick dogs, fortunately, they are better now.
Sadly, my father-in-law passed away early yesterday morning. This wasn't suddenly unexpected, but sad nonetheless.
May God rest your soul Manual Najera.
Husband to Ceila Najera, father to 4 children, grandfather to 5 grandchildren.
A good man, a good family man.
You are sorely missed.
Walk softly amongst the angels.
TexCyn, it seems when it rains it pours, wishing you better days and sorry for you loss.
ReplyDeleteVery unfortunate. My condolences.
ReplyDeleteEven when expected, the passing of a loved one is difficult.
Sorry about your Father in Law, but I'm glad the dogs are better. I hope things get better for you. Come back soon!
ReplyDeleteSeems sometimes we just get slammed with one crisis after another. That's the way this past six months has been for us. I understand the need to cocoon a bit, so take the time to heal, to rest, to mourn, to recharge your batteries. Just because you aren't blogging doesn't mean you won't be thought about . . . and missed. Wishing you peace and smoother sailing. xxxx
ReplyDeleteTaking time for yourself to grieve and recuperate is so important. Please know that when you feel like blogging, we'll still be here.
ReplyDeleteSorry for your loss. Take care and take time for yourself, don't worry having to do a blog at this time.
ReplyDeleteIt really doesn't make it any less sad when you expect the death... always a loss. sorry.
ReplyDeleteYou've really had some trying times... thinking of you...
Hugs and more hugs. I suspect you must need lots right now.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear this. Knowing this cannot be an easy time. I'll just keep you in my prayers and be here when you return. Take time for yourself. Hugs.... Sunny
ReplyDeleteMy deepest Sympathy to your Sister and her Family and of course you also.

So sorry to hear this sad news, TexCyn. Thinking about you.
